PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND RETAIN A COPY OF THESE TERMS AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

1. The contract between us. 1.1 These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied Crafty Bargains Limited, whose registered office is at 21 Greenway Road, Shipston-On-Stour, Warwickshire, CV36 4EA, registered in England and Wales No. 06286495 (the "Supplier", or "we", or "our"). 1.2 Any order placed by you for goods advertised on our website is an offer by you to purchase the goods selected in your order. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and accepted it (which we may do at our discretion). 1.3 We will send you an order acknowledgement, by email, shortly after you place your order, notifying you that we have received your order. This acknowledgement is not notification that we have accepted your order. 1.4 If we accept your order, we will notify you by email that we have accepted it prior to dispatch of the goods. If we cannot accept your order (See 2.0) we will notify you by telephone or email. 1.5 In the event that, after we accept your order, we discover that the goods ordered are unavailable or that there was a pricing error on our website in respect of the goods ordered, we reserve the right not to supply the goods ordered and to offer you a full refund to your payment account within 2 working days. 1.6 We have the right to terminate the contract if the price of the goods is not received from you in cleared funds. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. 1.7 The Supplier may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
2. Our right to refuse your order. 2.1 We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order for any reason including, without limitation and whether or not payment has been received by us, if: 2.2 We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; 2.3 We do not deliver to your area; or 2.4 One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. 2.5 If we do refuse your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us as soon as possible but in any event within 5 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
3. Delivery. 3.1 Our aim is to despatch your order, once accepted, to you within 24 hours (Excluding weekends and UK public holidays). However we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late despatch. 3.2 Delays in despatch will be notified to you by email to the email address you provided in your order form. 3.3 Delivery is only available to the UK. 3.4 Once your order is despatched from us it is then in transit with either Royal Mail our our Courier service provider. As such we have no control over any delays caused by delivery of your order.
4. Refunds. 4.1 If you have received your item(s) in a damaged and/or unusable condition then you are entitled to a refund or replacement provided that you make a claim via contact us within seven days of receipt of the item(s). 4.2 We will make a decision as to whether or not you need to return the item(s) to us. 4.3 If we do request that the item(s) are returned then we will issue you with a returns authorisation code (RAC) via the email address used for the order. We shall refund/replace both the original cost of the item(s) (See 5.2 for exceptions) and the agreed return postage costs within seven days of our receiving the goods. Please include the RAC with your returns. 4.3 Item(s) returned that are received without our prior authorisation may not have the postage cost or the item(s) cost refunded. 4.4 All refunds are made to the original payment account.
5. Returns and Cancellations. 5.1 Unwanted item(s) can be returned to us for a refund provided that: They are returned within fourteen days of receipt. You have obtained a returns authorisation code via contact us. The item(s) are in their original and resalable condition. 5.2 We will refund the full original cost price of the item(s) returned provided the item wasn’t discounted as part of a multibuy deal. In the case of a discounted item the refund will be the original cost price minus the purchase price of the remaining items.
