Will my details be secure with you?
Yes. We take you privacy very seriously at Crafty Bargains and will never release your account details to any third party companies or individuals. Access to your account information area of the site and all of the checkout process is handled using our secure server using 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) gives you the highest level of protection possible.

When can I expect delivery of my order?
Special Delivery™ Next Day orders placed before 1pm will be despatched same day. All other orders will be despatched no later than the next working day (Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK Public Holidays). Once your order has been despatched Royal Mail (First Class) will aim to deliver your order the next working day, including Saturday. Though Royal Mail (First Class) normally delivers next day please allow 7 days following despatch before contacting us regarding non delivery of your order. If you have used Special Delivery™ Next Day Royal Mail guarantee to deliver your order the next working day before 1.00pm. You can also track your Special Delivery™ Next Day order by following the link found on the My Orders page in Your Account. If you fail to recieve your Special Delivery™ Next Day order on the expected delivery day then please contact us immediately to allow us to investigate the problem.

How do I take advantage of your free postage offer?
To qualify for our free postage offer you need to have more then £14.99 worth of goods in your basket. Please note that this doesn't incluse the cost of P&P that is added to orders under £15. The free postage offer is only avaliable to our UK customers.

If I have placed an order on your site, am I able to amend it later?
Sadly not. Once an order has been placed it cannot be amended and it is likely that we will already be processing it.

How do I track the progress on my order?
You can view the progress of your order by viewing the My Orders page in the Your Account section of the site. You will also receive emails to confirm receipt of your order, payment receipt and despatch confirmation.

If I place an order over the weekend when can I expect to receive it?
Special Delivery™ Next Day orders placed over the weekend and before 1pm on Monday will be received on the Tuesday. All other orders will be despatched on Monday with an expected delivery, though not guarenteed, of Tuesday. This of cause assumes that Monday is the next working day following the weekend.

We have no minimum order value and our postage rates are based on the weight of your order. We believe this is the fairest way to offer you, our customers, the best value and service.

Does the site use cookies?
Yes, but only for your shopping! The cookie is where your basket is stored and allows you to return to the site and not have to refill your basket. The cookie can only be read by our server and it cannot profile your system or collect information from your hard drive. I would like to take advantage of your multibuy discounts, do I have to buy large quantities of the same item?
No, we realise you may not have a need for 50 wedding dresses! All items from the same multibuy category count towards the multibuy discount

What delivery options do I have?
You can choose to have your order delivered in one of three ways. Royal Mail (First Class) is our standard delivery option and Royal Mail will aim to deliver your order the next working day, following despatch, including Saturday. Special Delivery™ Next Day is our premium delivery option and Royal Mail guarantee to deliver your order the next working day before 1.00pm. You can also track your Special Delivery™ Next Day order by following the link found on the My Orders page under My Account. All orders over 2.5kg will be shipped by our courier service and this has a flat rate fee of £4.99. The exact cost of each Royal mail option is based on the weight of your order and the exact price for your current order can be found by viewing your basket. Special Delivery™ Next Day, for next day delivery, is only avaliable on UK orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Thursday).
